SIXT is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to provide outstanding service to our diverse clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers receive precise information while meticulously documenting vehicle conditions and fuel levels.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers upon their arrival
- Inquire about their experience and gather feedback to enhance future services
- Ensure customers retrieve all personal items from their vehicles
- Conduct discreet inspections for damages on incoming vehicles and guide customers to the appropriate counter for damage reports
- Verify if vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas
- Review rental fees with customers and provide accurate receipts
- Offer information regarding transportation options to the airport terminal when necessary
- Document any mechanical or body damage reported by customers
- Identify and label vehicles requiring maintenance and ensure proper relocation
- Maintain an organized lot for optimal access and traffic flow
- Adapt to various outdoor weather conditions including sun, rain, heat, or cold

Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
