Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategies, standards, and processes related to Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations to identify and resolve crime activity in assigned locations.
  • Collaborate with Field Asset Protection and business leaders to understand trends in the market related to ORC.
  • Train and work with Field Asset Protection teams in interviews and investigations to empower field teams to lead investigations in their markets.
  • Work with store personnel to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Determine the assignment of appropriate Asset Protection resources (i.e., agents, technology, etc.) to address shortage reduction opportunities.
  • Ask effective questions and solicit feedback to understand needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Asset Protection and investigation.
  • Ability to provide Loss Prevention leadership to drive results, coach and develop direct reports, collaborate and lead execution through others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Ability to actively learn and immediately apply learnings into decisions and behaviors.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize/multi-task.
