Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Midwest Vision Partners. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Check-in: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, check them in, and verify their information.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Register patients, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and providers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Handle cash transactions, reconcile cash reports, and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
