Business Transformation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Coordinator to join our team at Apexon, a digital-first technology services firm. As a key member of our front desk reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our office.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Business Transformation Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
