We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Administrator. This role will be responsible for processing shop invoices, maintaining shop inventory, and performing various administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Processing: Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment, and vehicles in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shop inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels and discrepancies.
- Repair Order Processing: Process all repair orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
- Expense Record Management: Handle all expense records for installations, containers, and rolling stock, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Administrative Support: Assist with Accounts Payable and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in JD Edwards AS400 systems.
- Organization and Data Entry: Strong organization and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process and maintain records.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers.
Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:- Work Environment: Work in a front office environment, with moderate noise levels and 95% of the time spent working in an indoor office setting.
