About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Architect to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our architecture and engineering firm, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs for healthcare facilities, incorporating advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with project objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance on architectural matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare architecture field, applying this knowledge to enhance our designs.
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure that the architectural vision is realized accurately and effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in Healthcare Architecture is a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Healthcare Architect, with a proven track record of completed healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
