About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching, behavioral modification, and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Follow and adhere to prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as stated in the BCBA Individualized Treatment Plan and Safety Snapshot for each patient.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior as assigned by the BCBA/BCaBA.
  • Coordinate with ABA-informed MHTs to assist the RBT in collecting and recording data on observable client behavior as assigned by the BCBA/BCaBA.
