The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling, and at least two years of experience in substance abuse treatment.

The Substance Abuse Treatment Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the delivery of our intensive outpatient and outpatient services. This includes supervising staff, assessing client needs, and developing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring budget and staff productivity, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and Staff Development: Supervise staff, assess client needs, and develop treatment plans.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities, monitor budget and staff productivity.
  • Direct Services: Facilitate group therapy, conduct initial assessments, and support clients in their recovery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human behavioral science.
  • At least two years of experience in substance abuse treatment.
  • Medical clearance and fingerprinting required.
