About TBC

The trucking division at TBC enjoys a competitive compensation structure, overtime pay, sleep time compensation, newer model trucks (2017 and newer), performance bonuses, and weekly payment schedules. This position will also involve a consistent route and regular clientele.

Position Overview

TBC is in search of a qualified Class A CDL truck operator, with the possibility of being based out of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in securing and transporting deliveries regionally while providing exceptional customer service to our partners.

Schedule: Mon-Fri SLEEPER CAB (up to 4 nights away from home)
Average 50-60 hours per week (Overtime for hours exceeding 40)

Average compensation: $100k+ annually

Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
  • Utilizing Moffett for on-site deliveries
  • Safely securing, loading, and transporting deliveries in line with company protocols and DOT regulations.
  • Obtaining and maintaining necessary delivery authorizations and pickup documentation. Verifying shipment documents, including bills of lading and work orders.
  • Conducting daily DOT pre-trip inspections and maintaining logbooks. Ensuring accuracy of submitted information.
  • Facilitating annual contractor exhibitions by transporting displays and managing the setup and breakdown of the company booth.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle. Reporting any issues, accidents, or damages to the management team.
  • Maintaining and submitting trip-related receipts and expenses.
  • No tarping required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 6 months of commercial truck driving experience.
  • Experience with manual transmission (10-speed preferred)
  • Familiarity with relevant driving regulations and guidelines.
  • B Train experience is advantageous (not mandatory)
Essential Skills
  • Adaptability; ability to foresee and manage unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
  • Time-management; enthusiasm for our products and commitment to timely deliveries.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; maintains accurate records of documents, fuel cards, receipts, etc.
