Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Support Team Lead to join our team at Pathways to Life, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, leadership experience, and a passion for helping individuals with mental health and substance use challenges achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Support Team, providing leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in a coordinated, efficient, and effective manner, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage the CST, including supervision, support, and evaluation of team members.
  • Conduct assessments, provide direct services, and intervene in crisis situations when necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations and policies.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and case conferences to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including other healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations, to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Advocate for clients within various systems, including healthcare, judicial, and social services.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensure within the state of North Carolina (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A) LMFT).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health or substance use services.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use treatment.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to person-centered care and cultural competence.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
