Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.
- Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Transportation: Safely transport clients to medical appointments and other destinations.
- Monitoring: Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to our care team.
- Certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (preferred but not required)
- Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and our care team.
- Empathy: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards clients and their families.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Pay: $20-$23 per hour
