About the Role:

The Aviation Training Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CV-22 Academic & Simulator Instructor Pilot to provide formal aircrew academic and simulator training to officer and enlisted students. The selected candidate will become a certified instructor and play a key role in developing Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process for all CV-22 courseware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and simulator refresher training to qualified officers and enlisted CV-22 aircrew members, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Assist in the development of ISD process for all CV-22 courseware, utilizing expertise in instructional design and delivery.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the management team, supporting the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Obtain a minimum active SECRET clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and Communications Security (COMSEC) material.
  • Possess an Associate's degree in any field, with a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
  • Hold 1000+ hours of experience in the CV-22, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Achieve 300+ hours of instructor time, demonstrating exceptional teaching skills and ability to engage students.
  • Be an AIS graduate and a Weapons School Graduate, showcasing expertise in advanced military training.

What We Offer: Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
