Job Summary:

As a Yard Associate at SiteOne, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and yard facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Unload product from incoming trucks and load products into outbound vehicles, both for the customer and the company.
  • Replenish or move product at the branch as directed by management.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and load products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Replenish product stock and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
