We are a premier dog boarding and daycare center with two locations in South Lake Union and Ballard. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for dogs and their owners.

Job Overview

The Welcome Desk Concierge is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and payments.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and products.
  • Support the team by communicating effectively, participating in daily recap meetings, and upholding our company values.
  • Assist with the care of our Puppy Nursery and Senior Center pooches, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their pets.
  • Cross-train for other positions within the company, expanding your skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise and experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in the dog parks, must be 18 years of age.
  • Experience working with dogs, ideally.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Able to multitask, balancing professionalism with expediency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
  • Focus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Comfortable working in close proximity to dogs.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds.
  • Ability to stand up for 8 hours.
