Job Title: Patient Care Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Concierge to join our team at Prenuvo. As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the patient journey, from initial booking to post-scan follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with patients and staff.
  • Provide personalized support to patients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient arrivals, intake, and scan preparation, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, changing room, and administrative front desk/workspaces.
  • Assist with sales support and sales-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.
  • Proven experience in customer support, service, and success, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
