Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Concierge to join our team at Prenuvo. As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the patient journey, from initial booking to post-scan follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient bookings and appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with patients and staff.
- Provide personalized support to patients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate patient arrivals, intake, and scan preparation, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, changing room, and administrative front desk/workspaces.
- Assist with sales support and sales-related tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.
- Proven experience in customer support, service, and success, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly wage of $30.19, depending on experience.
