  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products and providing solutions.
  • Provide a fast and courteous checkout experience, handling cash and operating a cash register according to company standards.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of our rewards program and assist with sign-ups.
  • Notify customers about our customer feedback program.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including online order pickup and shipment from the store.
  • Participate in receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing returns, restocking shelves, and general housekeeping.
  • Assist with stock optimization and sales floor maintenance, including weekly sales floor resets.
  • Support loss prevention and safety initiatives.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and promote company values and standards.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful even in challenging situations, promote engagement with company vision and values, project a positive image, and serve as a role model for others.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch frequently.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Ability to work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions.

**Work Environment**

  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to work outdoors, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with frequent interactions with colleagues.
