Position Overview
As an integral member of the Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and restocking of supplies in various areas, including patient rooms, restrooms, administrative offices, and other designated spaces within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and utility carts.
- Assist in the movement of furniture and perform additional tasks as directed by the Environmental Services Manager.

Quality Assurance
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility to prevent cross-contamination, reduce airborne pathogens, and promote an aseptic atmosphere.

Laundry Operations
- Collaborate with the laundry team to collect, wash, and process linens for distribution across all departments.
- Proficiently operate commercial washing machines and dryers.

Additional Duties
- Conduct daily cleaning of the laundry area and other assigned locations in accordance with established cleaning standards.
- Uphold a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience; or 3 to 6 months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
