The Staff RN is a vital member of the Steele Memorial Medical Center team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the Labor and Delivery department. As a night shift nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers safe, competent care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department, including antepartum, labor, and postpartum care.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Serve as a professional role model and mentor to peers and other providers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho.
* BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
