Haffner's is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to enhance customer satisfaction within our retail environment. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in executing company policies, procedures, and the commitment to exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with store personnel to ensure daily operations and responsibilities are fulfilled as directed by the Store Manager. You should be capable of effectively performing the Store Manager's duties in their absence.

· Prepared to undertake all managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.
· Serve as a positive role model for fellow team members.
· Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence.
· Assign and oversee shift duties to ensure store conditions meet Store Manager expectations.
· Assist the Store Manager in monitoring daily shift responsibilities.
