Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex heavy equipment issues, including engine, power train, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical training programs and industry developments to ensure expertise and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Volvo Level 3 certification.
  • Experience with computer programs, such as Microsoft Outlook and Volvo VCADS.
  • Intermediate language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
