Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team at OnPoint Family Medicine at Parker Square. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality medical services to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Administrative Duties: Participate in administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and staff.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve shared goals.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in healthcare.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Graduation from an accredited program and licensure through the State of Colorado.
  • Certifications and Experience: Board Certification for specialty and strong computer skills, with EMR experience preferred.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bilingual and experience with Athenahealth practice management system.
