Job Description

The Marketing Cloud COE Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving a reusable repository of tools, templates, best practices, and delivery approaches to support the effective management of sales, scoping, estimation, implementation, and support efforts for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

This role works closely with business units, Salesforce Practice COE counterparts, delivery leaders, and offshore teams to drive quality delivery and close sales deals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality Delivery

  • Thought Leadership
  • Hiring and Management
  • Business Improvement

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in CRM and ERP transformation, including 10+ years of experience working on Salesforce.com products and related AppExchange partners. They should also possess demonstrated leadership skills and be able to create compelling presentations for executive-level business and technology leaders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required
  • Salesforce.com Certification - Administration/Consultant, and other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Marketing Cloud Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead programs that drive business improvement and optimization for delivery and sales functions
  • Deep knowledge of domain and business processes and how those business processes are optimized by CRM solutions, especially Marketing Cloud
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
