  • Warmly welcome and engage with all members, potential members, and visitors

Qualifications

Required:

  • Availability to work an average of at least 12 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative team player
  • Physical requirements include:
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to navigate the gym, including walking and climbing stairs
  • Capability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive arm movements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with computer operations
  • Capacity to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service
  • Bilingual in Spanish
