Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier/Driver to join our team at PharmaLogic. As a Courier/Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering nuclear pharmacy products to our clients, ensuring timely and safe transportation of sensitive materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes, meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
  • Unload products as per client specifications, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate delivery.
  • Act as a customer service liaison, resolving customer complaints and informing management of any issues.
  • Accept returns from clients, break down delivery cases, and dispose of radioactive materials.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles and facilities.
  • Assist with stocking products and supplies, tracking inventory, and notifying management of low stock levels.
  • Perform routine safety checks on vehicles and report any maintenance issues to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a valid state driver's license.
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
  • Prior driving, delivery, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
