Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) role at Happy Hospitalists LLC operates under the guidance of the Medical Director or Management Service Agreement (MSA).
The NP should possess expertise in both Women's and Men's Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. This position is centered around empowering clients to achieve their health and anti-aging aspirations. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, collaboration with Center staff is essential, necessitating a team-oriented mindset and a positive demeanor. Key attributes include patience, empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
The NP will work autonomously or in conjunction with the Medical Director, ensuring exceptional care for clients/members/guests, with a solid foundation in the following areas:
- Women's and Men's Health
- Anti-Aging Treatments
- Hormonal Imbalances/BHRT Pellet Insertion
- Intravenous and Vitamin Therapies
- Functional Medicine
- Weight Management, Exercise, and Nutrition
- Nutritional Supplementation
- Medical Prescription Weight Loss
- Aesthetic Procedures (Neurotoxins, Fillers, PRP, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients/members/guests
- Assess, diagnose, and formulate personalized treatment plans or product/service recommendations based on client history and concerns
- Order and analyze laboratory tests (blood tests, etc.)
- Maintain precise documentation, records, inventory, and schedules
- Exhibit excellent communication, compassion, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate self-motivation with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine optimal treatment plans
- React appropriately and professionally under pressure, exercising sound judgment
- Possess robust EMR and documentation capabilities
- Be reliable and self-driven.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
- Nurse Practitioner State Licensure
- Autonomous designation (can be pursued post-hire)
- Willingness to learn quickly and embrace ongoing education in new concepts.
