Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team at Next Health. As an Aesthetic RN, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You'll work collaboratively with a team of dedicated aesthetic professionals to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each client's individual needs.
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience providing aesthetic treatments.
  • Tennessee Registered Nurse in good standing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Certification in Aesthetics, such as the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential or equivalent.

Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $45.00-$50.00 per hour, plus benefits and bonus potential. Pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
