Surgical Workflows Infection Control Associate Manager Position

As an Associate Territory Manager for Surgical Workflows Infection Control, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with Territory Managers to meet or exceed sales targets, primarily for the Surgical Tables portfolio and Ultra Clean product portfolio. You will also provide day-to-day support to TMs, including in-servicing IC and Surgical Equipment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, creating quotes, and assisting with customer presentations and equipment demos/trails.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior B2B and/or medical sales experience is preferred. You must have excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, as well as basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
We offer a competitive salary range of $97,000 - $105,000 (base + at plan target incentive) depending on experience and location. Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide day-to-day support to TMs, including in-servicing IC and Surgical Equipment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, creating quotes, and assisting with customer presentations and equipment demos/trails.
- Monitor and update individual forecasted sales data on a weekly basis.
- Assist TMs in providing ROI and/or business case information to justify purchasing Getinge Surgical Workplace products.
- Manage forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support of all territory business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior B2B and/or medical sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
