Responsibilities
  • Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by physicians
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Develop and implement radiation safety protocols to minimize patient exposure
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding radiation therapy and treatment options
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Current licensure and certification in Computed Tomography
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
