We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wine Team Member to join our dynamic team at Jon & Vinny's. This role involves working closely with our management team to provide exceptional customer service, promote our wine offerings, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with customers to discuss wine options and provide personalized recommendations
• Supporting management with online orders, including building gift boxes and organizing orders for pickup, delivery, and shipping
• Assisting customers via email and phone
• Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing retail shop
• Participating in cellar organization and inventory management
• Contributing to sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement

This position requires a mix of day and night shifts, including weekend administrative tasks.
