Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility for medical services.
  • Obtain medical benefit information from insurance companies.
  • Document communication with insurance providers and patients.
  • Assist patients in understanding their benefits and possible out-of-pocket costs.
Requirements:
  • One year of healthcare call center experience.
  • Benefit verification and prior authorization experience.
  • Medical collections experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Understanding of co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible concepts.
  • Familiarity with patient assistance programs (PAPs).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-20 based on experience.
