Position Overview: Residential Sales Advisor

We are in search of a Residential Sales Advisor who will oversee the daily operations of a Welcome Home Center. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales agreements, and successfully closing home sales, all aimed at ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with visitors to understand their home financing needs by applying the company's sales philosophy.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including self-generated, internet leads, referrals, and walk-ins, to process and finalize home sales in alignment with company objectives.
  • Actively network within the local community to cultivate leads from real estate professionals, referrals, and personal outreach.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community features, marketing strategies, and demographic insights.
  • Implement a customer engagement strategy that includes generating a set number of new clients weekly, conducting initial and follow-up appointments, and achieving sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through the Welcome Home Centers, model homes, and available inventory, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the community and home features.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients from the initial inquiry through the purchase and financing process, maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Participate in regular sales meetings to review community performance and sales tactics.
  • Engage in company-led lead generation initiatives via telephone.
  • Track daily customer traffic using designated company tools.
  • Maintain the Welcome Home Center and model homes, coordinating with field and office staff to address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Cross-train on various communities within the division as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
  • A valid Florida Real Estate license is necessary.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and appropriate auto insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prepare documentation and perform contract calculations accurately.
  • Regular interaction with division personnel, external agencies, business partners, consultants, and homeowners is expected.
  • Frequent engagement with the public, requiring patience, clarity, and professionalism.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:

This role involves some office tasks that may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and moving materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is needed for operating a computer and calculator. The ability to drive is also required.
