Key Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

  • Execute a variety of monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy.
  • Effectively manage end-of-day balancing challenges at the banking center.
  • Oversee the functionality of ATMs, cash recyclers, drive-thru services, and night deposit systems.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts, manage maintenance duties, and guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Examine customer account activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Initiate credit applications and address loan inquiries.
  • Comply with all established policies, procedures, and security protocols.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Champion the needs of customers to improve their overall experience and engagement.
  • Promptly resolve customer concerns to meet their expectations.
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets established by management.
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships by suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • Inform customers about available banking channels and services.
  • Engage in business development initiatives and community involvement to elevate the bank's presence.
  • Refer clients to other business divisions as necessary.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
3 years of experience in a banking sales and service environment or equivalent.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Competence in report generation, organizational abilities, and fundamental technical skills.

*NMLS registration is mandatory. FBI Criminal Background and credit checks will be conducted within the first 30 days of employment.
