Job Summary

Amerant Bank is seeking a highly skilled Banking Specialist III to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized banking solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow their business with Amerant Bank.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings, using this knowledge to advise customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the banking center team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a bank sales or service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on customer needs and preferences.
