We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Fiber Optics specialist, you will be responsible for managing national inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for construction projects, and coordinating with suppliers and field teams.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, preferably in the construction or telecommunications industry. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels: Across all warehouses, suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Order supplies: Prevent shortages and delays in construction projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors: Place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support field employees: Understand their supply needs and provide necessary materials promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records: Using inventory management software.
  • Generate reports: On inventory status, usage, and forecasts.
  • Prevent losses: Execute protocols to minimize inventory loss.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in inventory management.
  • Skills: Organizational and communication skills, data analytics skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.

Compensation: Estimated salary: $40-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions.
