The role is tasked with planning, organizing, and managing projects to guarantee they are completed within the established timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold a project management framework that is adaptable to a dynamic business landscape.
  • Evaluate and define project scope and objectives effectively.
  • Prepare and oversee budgets in alignment with project requirements and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan.
  • Standardize project management methodologies across various projects and teams.
  • Facilitate the Innovation Governance Committee to prioritize projects and allocate resources according to strategic business goals.
  • Lead the SKU Rationalization initiative, ensuring cross-functional team alignment.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout all projects.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the food and beverage sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of SAP ERP software and Project Management tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing extensive and diverse project portfolios.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing Research & Development and innovation projects is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
