Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pool maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their pools are clean, safe, and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly pool maintenance tasks, including water chemistry testing, equipment evaluation, and cleaning.
  • Identify and report any issues with pool equipment or systems to the office for prompt repair.
  • Use software and app-based technology to manage and track jobs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Run parts and equipment to customer sites as needed for repairs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Flexibility for overtime work.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Safe lifting capabilities up to 50lbs independently and up to 100lbs with a team.
  • Competence in operating motor vehicles, including pickup trucks.
