KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a Senior Test Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading teams focused on Application, System, and Integration Testing across various intelligence systems. You will mentor and supervise engineers at different levels, ensuring the delivery of precise and timely GEOINT through thorough testing and evaluation methods. Your role will involve overseeing the testing of applications and APIs, conducting integration assessments on both software and hardware, and executing both manual and automated testing protocols.

Additionally, you will spearhead technical inquiries to resolve defects identified during testing, contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this position, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively guide a diverse team of engineers. A keen attention to detail and robust analytical skills are crucial for managing testing processes and efficiently addressing defects. Proficiency in planning and executing manual tests, along with the capability to develop automated test scripts using various programming languages, is essential for maintaining high testing standards.

A proactive problem-solving attitude and a commitment to technical investigations will facilitate the successful resolution of challenges encountered during testing. Candidates should exhibit integrity, a customer-focused mindset, and a dedication to delivering superior results in accordance with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in systems integration within government or industry settings, particularly in complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools, as well as Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Understanding of Software Development Frameworks.
  • Prior experience with IC or DoD projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, and programming languages including Java, Python, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering processes and tools.
  • Previous experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG projects.
