Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Surgical Tech, you will be responsible for providing support to surgical teams in a variety of procedures, including vascular, spine, craniotomy, orthopedic, general, thoracic, plastic, ENT, OMF, robotic, trauma, and transplants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams in preparing and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Provide support in scrubbing for agency nurses to assist with surgical team deficits.
- Adapt to rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to support patient care and procedural needs.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a variety of surgical procedures.
- Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and manage various surgical specialties.
- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and complete onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
