Job Overview:
Responsible for organizing and managing meetings and events. Ensures the efficient planning of Functions and Banquets. Handles documentation and facilitates effective communication with various departments within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare a weekly report on meeting room usage and confirmed sales.
2. Stay informed about local events and activities.
3. Manage incoming sales inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up on messages.
4. Maintain an orderly filing system and complete all necessary sales documentation.
5. Relay bookings and customer requirements to all relevant hotel departments.
6. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the property and surrounding area.
7. Familiarity with the reservation system is essential.
8. Understand hotel and ZMC Hotels standards thoroughly.
9. Provide support at the front desk when required.
10. Keep the sales office tidy and well-organized.
11. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
12. Assist the General Manager in developing the Marketing strategy.
13. Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
14. Adapt to changes in job responsibilities as necessary.
15. Treat all individuals with respect and dignity.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's business operations, including financial information, customer details, and employee matters.

- Must have good vision for close-up tasks and distance vision up to 25 feet.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
