Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Transportation Supervisor to join our team at AAA Plus Transportation Service. As a key member of our Dispatch team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, deployment, and supervision of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage system status and ensure seamless transportation operations
  • Develop and implement dispatch policies and protocols
  • Supervise a team of Dispatchers and Call Takers
  • Coordinate staffing duties and ensure adequate coverage
  • Monitor and report on transportation data and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with NEMT regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in dispatching emergency services or commercial NEMT
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy weights and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
