Position Overview:
You are considering a role with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which operates independently from Taco Bell Corp. and its affiliates. If selected, the franchisee will be your sole employer, as they establish their own wage and benefit structures that may differ from others.

Core Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient service and high-quality products.
Deliver excellence in service, quality, and cleanliness.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff and patrons.
Maintain proficiency in the operation of all equipment.

Supervised Positions:
Shift Leaders and Team Members when acting as Manager in Charge (MIC).

Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Must present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Have a foundational understanding of fast food operations, including production and deployment procedures.
Ability to manage cash control and adhere to guidelines for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality.
Understand basic sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory management, profit and loss statements, and personnel administration.
Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Exhibit good hearing to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, particularly in drive-through operations.
Demonstrate good vision to monitor store activities and operate kitchen equipment safely.
Exhibit honesty and integrity.
Be assertive yet courteous, maintaining composure under pressure.
Pay attention to detail and work collaboratively with minimal disruption to customers or coworkers.
Be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and bend frequently throughout the shift.
Possess good manual dexterity to work efficiently during peak periods.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction through exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness.

Training:
Typically, eight to eighteen months are required to acquire the necessary job knowledge. The role is performed under general supervision and involves continuous interaction with customers and employees.

Work Environment:
Work conditions may involve extreme temperatures and elevated noise levels. There may be times when food or drink is not permitted during busy periods.

Key Duties:
Assist in managing all restaurant operations.
Support the hiring, training, and evaluation of employee performance.
Handle accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for the corporate office.
Administer the ACT program.
Quickly prepare customer orders according to specifications while ensuring the highest quality.
Work collaboratively to guarantee consistent customer satisfaction through outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
Prioritize tasks by serving customers first, followed by maintaining the dining area and workspaces.
Operate all kitchen equipment effectively.
Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner whenever possible.
Report any necessary repairs to equipment or facilities to the Maintenance Department.
