Average annual earnings ranging from $80K to $120K+, with no cap on performance-based pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential environments.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components.
- Ensure adherence to local and national plumbing regulations.
- Possess knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
- Troubleshoot effectively and provide practical solutions for plumbing challenges.
- Execute emergency repairs swiftly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Document repairs and completed work using trade software, such as Service Titan.
- Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent work ethic, customer service, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor, taking pride in both work and appearance.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK).
