Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication with clients and understanding company documentation.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and special company events.
  • Capability to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Competence in climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding while maintaining balance.
  • Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and navigate challenging terrains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearing debris and litter from the grounds.
  • Cleaning and maintaining pathways and building exteriors through sweeping and pressure washing.
  • Engaging in basic gardening tasks, including weeding.
  • Cleaning windows and shared furniture.
  • Performing general maintenance duties related to property upkeep.
