Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. Job Description: The Warehouse Logistics Specialist will be responsible for performing the physical unloading, loading, transfer, storage, shipping, physical handling and movement of all materials throughout Accupac's warehouse facilities. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Forklift Driver Responsibilities: As a key member of our warehouse team, you will:
- Load and unload trucks/trailers, preparing materials for proper identification, sampling, and warehouse storage.
- Verify and sign delivery carrier's Bills of Lading.
- Locate and transfer materials between the warehouse, manufacturing, and production areas.
- Verify, count and inventory materials.
- Acknowledge receipts from suppliers.
Physical Requirements: To perform this job safely and effectively, you must be able to sustain a minimum of one (1) hour of strenuous activity, lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor to waist level, carry a container weighing up to 75 lbs. up a flight of stairs, move containers physically 'off of' and 'on to' pallets, possess peripheral and color vision, and climb on and off a forklift frequently. You will also spend approximately 10-40% of your workday standing/walking on cement floors and 41-75% sitting.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience working in a warehouse environment and operating sit-down and stand-up power forklifts. Preferably, you have basic math skills sufficient to count and reconcile materials, can read and interpret instructional signs and warning placards, and are comfortable working different shifts, hours, and overtime on short notice.
