Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. in Souderton, Pennsylvania.

JBS USA is a leading processor of beef, pork, and lamb in the United States. We operate 28 facilities across the country, with over 45,000 employees dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing key shipping and receiving activities, ensuring that proper documentation is completed, and working closely with supervisors and warehouse management to ensure timely material handling.

• Coordinate Shipping and Receiving Activities
• Ensure Proper Documentation Completion
• Work with Supervisors and Warehouse Management
• Track and Update Order Changes
• Generate Order Pick Sheets
• Maintain Accurate Inventory
• Assign Work to Pickers via RF Scanners
• Communicate with Shipping Staff and Carriers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Demonstrated Math Skills (Addition, Subtraction, Division, Multiplication, Percentage Calculations)
• Ability to Sit or Stand for Prolonged Periods
• Flexibility to Work Full-Time M-S as Needed

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
