Senior Grower Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grower Accountant to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of our growers. Your responsibilities will include handling grower accounts, managing financial transactions, and providing support and supervision to our growers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage grower packouts and provide field reporting
- Oversee harvesting charges and provide grower support
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable department and inventory specialist for review of sales to each pool and review of inventory sizer information to each pool
- Reconcile sales, inventory, charges, and sizer information for the pool
- Pay freight and customs invoices
- Manage weekly billing of services
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, however, not required in lieu of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grower accounting or similar role in the Manufacturing industry
- Experience with Grower Packouts, Field reporting, Harvesting charges, and Grower support
- Proficiency in grower packout supervision, grower advances, and production reporting
- Strong understanding of reconciliation of sales, inventory, charges, and sizer information for the pool
- Ability to manage freight and customs invoices
- Proficiency in weekly billing of services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$38 per hour and a dynamic work environment.
