District Manager for Jimmy John's Sandwich Atlas Group

We are seeking a committed District Manager to oversee the operations of our Jimmy John's Sandwich locations within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be accountable for maintaining the operational excellence of the stores while driving financial performance.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $60,000 with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, inclusive of performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set a positive example for new team members
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Foster a strong company culture
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all locations
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to meet performance objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Recruit, develop, and train staff members
  • Oversee financial performance in the market
  • Execute growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional efforts
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to achieve performance targets
  • Access to reliable transportation and proficiency in computer use
Requirements:

Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent driving.
