Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process member purchases, handle payments, and assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completing paperwork and documentation.
  • Operate cash registers and related equipment, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
