POSITION: Production Assembler
COMPANY: Amplitude HR
COMPENSATION: $18/HOUR PLUS OVERTIME
SHIFT OPTIONS:
- Day Shift - 6am to 6pm
- Night Shift - 6pm to 6am
As a key member of our production team, the Production Assembler will be responsible for operating various assembly line machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role requires adherence to strict quality control measures and compliance with the company's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Rotate through different assembly tasks to support overall production goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area following 5S principles.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Assemble components to produce finished products within designated timelines.
- Follow standardized work procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and report any production challenges.
- Assist in resolving production issues as directed by management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Physical Requirements:
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing between 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
