Job Overview

POSITION: Production Assembler

COMPANY: Amplitude HR

COMPENSATION: $18/HOUR PLUS OVERTIME

SHIFT OPTIONS:

  • Day Shift - 6am to 6pm
  • Night Shift - 6pm to 6am

As a key member of our production team, the Production Assembler will be responsible for operating various assembly line machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role requires adherence to strict quality control measures and compliance with the company's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Rotate through different assembly tasks to support overall production goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area following 5S principles.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assemble components to produce finished products within designated timelines.
  • Follow standardized work procedures and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and report any production challenges.
  • Assist in resolving production issues as directed by management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing between 25-50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
