Responsibilities:

  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
  • Install, assemble, repair, and maintain electrical and gas appliances, equipment, systems, fixtures, lights, electronic components, plumbing systems, and fixtures.
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the property by providing landscaping and snow removal services.
  • Fabricate, install, repair, maintain, and replace structural items such as counters, cabinets, partitions, floor and ceiling tile, gutters, roofs, etc.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies following safety procedures.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure the property is clean at all times.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred.
  • Ability to work on call and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

Work Environment:

This position is located in the US-MI-Detroit area and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
